The main purpose of the Eyüpsultan District Traffic Master Plan and Preparation of Short-Term Highway Interchange Projects is to determine the urgent needs and problems of Eyüpsultan district and to develop proposal solutions.
Studies carried out within the scope of the preparation of the Traffic Master Plan;
- Planning of Rail System Investments: All rail system lines that are existing, under construction, project preparation phase and planning phase were analyzed, and studies were carried out to determine the problems of these lines, to develop proposals and to recommend ways for increasing rail system accessibility.
- Preparation of Rubber Wheeled Public Transportation Plan: Analyzing the accessibility of public transportation services by examining the current situation structure, developing suggestions for increasing access, line structuring and smart transportation system recommendations for integration with transportation systems and transfer between transportation types.
- Planning of Highway Investments: Expected bottlenecks and problems related to the transportation network were identified and planning strategies were developed for solution proposals. In this context; analysis of the existing road stratification, determination of traffic management and management decisions regarding the regulation of traffic, elaboration of policies and measures for proposed road network stratification and transportation demand management, suggestions and recommendations for transportation infrastructure projects were presented.
- Preparation of Parking Lot Strategy Plan: Creation of existing vehicle parking space and inventory, analysis of parking problems and needs, creation of vehicle parking areas, determination of parking needs, development of parking policies and parking proposals were carried out.
